Management Team
Within the first few years of her establishment Delmar Petroleum Company had accomplished a great deal, and has continued to grow exponentially. This is attributable to the well-trained, highly experienced and focused professionals that run Delmar. Our Management Team consists of people with the appropriate multi-dimensional skills and exposure to continue fueling our expansion in the Oil and Gas sector of the economy. The details below highlight just some of our experience and achievements:Austin Atimoh Odili, Ph.D. : Chairman / Group Managing Director
As the Chairman of the Board and Group Managing Director of the company, Dr. Austin Odili heads the management team. His love for hard work has endowed him with several academic and professional qualifications within the Transport and Maritime sectors. He has a Doctorate Degree (PhD) in Port Management and Development from the University of Port Harcourt (2000). He is a member of various world class professional bodies within and outside Nigeria, such as the Chartered Institute of Transport (MCIT, UK), the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (MCILT, UK) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), as well as being a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI, UK) and the Centre for Transport Studies (FCTS).
Before the establishment of the company, Dr. Odili worked at the Marine Department of the Pipeline and Products Marketing Company (PPMC) for well over a decade, and he rose to the position of Senior Shipping Supervisor. During his tenure, he was in charge of vessels that lifted Petroleum Products from refineries. Dr. Odili is married with children.

Dr. (Mrs) Obiageli Ngozi Mbelu : Head, Accounts Department.
Dr. (Mrs) Oby as she is popularly called heads the Accounts department. She holds Ph.D in Accounting from the Federal University of Port Harcourt in 2025, MSc (Accounting) from the same University of Port Harcourt, an MBA from the Imo State University in 2012 , Post Graduate
Diploma (PGD) in Accountancy from the Imo State University, and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic , Idah, Kogi State in 1999.
Dr. Oby is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) since 2009. She is also a member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI).She has over 22 years work experience in Finance, Accounting and Risk Management in various industries including Oil and Gas. Prior to her joining the services of Delmar Petroleum Company Limited in 2012, she was the Accounts Manager of Genesis Foods Nig. Ltd. Dr. Oby is happily married with children
